What We’ll Explore
Self-Acceptance: cultivating self-acknowledgment and compassion without bypassing your experience, including steps to release perfectionism and productivity conditioning.
Self-Trust: strengthening grounded intuition, discernment, and embodiment; learning what “yes” and “no” feel like in your body and making choices aligned with your own inner wisdom.
Cultivating Real Life Magic: noticing awe/wonder, synchronicity, signs, and cultivating meaning through mindfulness and small, daily practices.
Learning to listen to life: exploring when to take intentional action and when to soften, pause, or surrender.
What sessions will include
Guided Practices: a different focus each week, drawing from yoga therapy, movement (slow flow, restorative, yin, somatic practices, rest), breathwork (pranayama), guided visualizations and meditations, mindfulness, energetic and intuitive practices, journaling, self-inquiry prompts, group conversation & activities, and more.
Teachings & Reflections: Insights woven from multiple lineages, traditions, and teachers, including yoga therapy, yoga philosophy, current research, energy work, intuition, storytelling, creativity, various mystical and spiritual traditions, and from my lived experience.
Between-Session Practices: simple micro-practices, journaling prompts, and reflective exercises to integrate the lessons into daily life.
I will draw from as many lenses as possible: the roots of the practices I share, current research, personal storytelling, and lived experience, and whatever else feels relevant and supportive to the group in that moment.

Who this group may be for:
This group may be a good fit for someone who has been “doing the work” for years — therapy, wellness, self-development, spirituality — and has plenty of tools, but is craving integration, embodiment, and a place to practice being with life as it actually is (not another thing to fix or optimize).
It’s for those who want community and accountability to stay connected to their practices, and who are interested in cultivating more trust, presence, and meaning in daily life.
